It was a widely known initiative to sever relationships between the third party management company and Laguna Woods Village — a retirement community. PANGEA provided campaign direction and implemented a communty FYI transition office on site to dispel rumors and speak candidly about the rationale of the initiative. We used their own television channel to communicate to the residents, as well as notifications in the community newspaper, with coordinated messaging working in tandem with their in-house communications team.

PANGEA was part of the public relations team to deliver messaging to the citizens of Los Angeles about the Metro. Survey tools illuminated that safety was a primary conern to potential ridership adoption. We spoke about the elephant in the room — earthquakes — and shared the techtonic science and structural engineering techniques behind the inititative. We invited VIPs and minority community leaders and influencers to tour the underground tunneling, watch the meticulous work being done, then spread the word about the safety protocols deployed during the installation.
PANGEA consulted with St. Margaret's Episcopal School on their capital campaign to raise funds for their campus expansion — building a world-class theatre and arts center. As part of the strategy, signage and campaign collateral was created and distributed to bring awareness to potential benefactors. The Arts & Minds campaign was a total success!
